Policy & Term 參加條件對象與規定:

This mutual release, executed on dated between the applicant and SJSV Study Recruit, City of Milpitas, State of California, USA is intended to affect the elimination of any obligations by either party as hereinafter designated.
Whereas, disputes and differences have arisen between the parties with respect to that certain contract entered into by said parties and executed on dated, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, both parties have agreed to settle said disputes and differences by executing this mutual release.
Whereas, both parties recognize that by the execution of this mutual release, they are relinquishing their respective legal rights with reference to the herein mentioned disputes and differences, both parties agree that in consideration of this execution of this mutual release, and for the added consideration of the payment of dollars wire transfer by applicant to SJSV Study Recruit, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, each party for her heirs and assigns, expressly release the other party, and her heirs and assigns, from all liability for claims and/or demands which may arise from that certain contract referenced herein and attached hereto.
In witness whereof the parties have executed this mutual release at Milpitas, California, the USA on the day and year stated.
* We do not provide essays writing service for applicant to apply any schools.
* All services above are not transferrable, the applicant must over 18 years old, except Summer Camp, Elementary, Middle and High School or Language School's applicant.
* SJSV reserves the right to change without notification or end the promotion at its discretion.
* Promotion is required payment within 3 days upon receiving online apply. Services: housing $ 500, driving license written test $160-$200, car rental, cell phone or banking assistant is $ 200/each, pick-up & drop off $100~250, the fee may apply.
* The promotion offer is cash only, 1.5% will be accessed for credit card payment. The bank processing fee is $ 50 for international wire fund or school fund transfer.
* Service/agency, processing, management fee and school/homestay application are not refundable. ( rental deposit returns when contract due w/ clean condition); the tuition, guardianship fee, and rent can be reserved for 6 months prior the class starts if the F1 visa is denied by embassy with approved documents; the house rental deposit has to apply for refund after contract is expired and apply refund has to be in one month after contract is expired.

* 其它代辦費:房租賃申請服務費$500 USD,租賃汽車 $200 USD,手機服務費或陪同開戶$200 USD,報考駕訓 $160-$200 USD ( 不包含DMV手續費),接送費用 $100 ~ $250 USD,申辦項目費用自備.
* 以上價格為現金價, 可接受信用卡Visa 或Master, 另收取1.5%信用卡刷卡手續費. 國際匯款轉帳或學校轉帳銀行手續費: $ 50 USD.
* 服務代辦費,手續費,管理費以及學校申請及租屋申請恕不接受退費. (押金在租約期滿退還在還原租賃時的清潔及無損壞的條件下,約租期滿1個月內申請押金退還, 超過1個月未申請退還,示同放棄押金); 學費.監護費.租金在簽證被拒絕後有文件証明可以保留6個月.
